Malarkey Legacy Midnight Black

The old roof was damaged in a hail storm so the home owner chose to to go with Malarkey Legacy shingles which have a Class 4 Impact rating - the highest impact rating in the industry! This roof got the high end treatment - black metal valley, high profile EZ Ridge capping, black metal drip edge, and of course peel & stick eave and valley membrane and synthetic underlay. The old galvanized flashings really stood out (see the pictures below) so we installed new black metal flashings. We think it made a huge difference to the look of the house!
